CAGRD's Annual Report to ADWR
According to state law (A.R.S. Section 48-3775), CAGRD must submit a Conservation District Annual Report (CDAR) to the Arizona Department of Water Resources (ADWR) by Aug. 31 of each year. The purpose for the report is to notify ADWR of CAGRD’s replenishment obligations and activities for the previous calendar year. With this information, ADWR can determine if CAGRD is complying with its statutory responsibilities. Additionally, CAGRD now prepares a supplemental Annual Operations Report to accompany the CDAR and to provide more detailed information on operations that year.
